Cyfrowy Polsat capitalization since debuting on WSE (PLN)
In terms of capitalization, which reached PLN 17.9 bn at the end of 2019, Cyfrowy Polsat is the biggest media-and-telecommunications company on Warsaw Stock Exchange, and one of the biggest in Central and Eastern Europe.

Dividend policy
On 15 March 2019 Cyfrowy Polsat Management Board adopted the new dividend policy which assumed recommending dividend payout in the total amount of PLN 2.79 per share in three tranches, in the years 2019-2021:
- at least PLN 0.93 per share to be paid out in 2019;
- at least PLN 0.93 per share to be paid out in 2020;
- at least PLN 0.93 per share to be paid out in 2021.
